How to use Simplifile Planholders

Simplifile planholders couldn't be easier to use.  The spring steel clips are handed for ergonomic use and can be opened or closed easily by hand regardless of the loading.

Follow these simple steps to insert drawings:

1. open the planholder using the two spring clips

2. lay the open planholder and the paper on a flat surface

3. with one hand, guide the paper into the planholder, pushing the short edge up to the hinge barrel.

4. close the planholder using the two spring clips

5. you're ready to go!

To remove a single drawing from within the planholder:

1. lay the planholder on a flat surface

2. place a rule or other straight edge on top of the required drawing

3. open the planholder using the two spring clips

4. curl back the top drawings and roll back the edge of the required drawing over the rule

5. replace the top drawings in the planholder

6. close the planholder using the two spring clips

7. remove the required drawing

To replace the drawing, simply reverse the procedure.
